THE SANTA HAT REIMAGINED.  The body is tailored from our silky-smooth, solid-color short fiber Minky, while the trim and pom-pom feature our ANGORA collection—the longest and most sumptuous Minky we offer. Every detail is designed to indulge, resulting in a Santa Hat of unmatched decadence and luxurious softness.

Every Holiday Hat begins in Santa’s workshop—well, almost! Right here in Salt Lake City, the Blankets by Brian Elves carefully cut and hand-stitch each hat, just the way Kris Kringle likes them. Each year, he lets us hold back a LIMITED batch for BBB shoppers to share in the magic.

The body is crafted from silky-smooth Minky and trimmed with the softest faux-fur available—never the flimsy felt or velvet that’s worn once and forgotten. Instead, this is a winter piece designed for comfort, durability, and timeless style.

Perfect for parties, pictures, and caroling—but don’t be surprised when you find yourself wearing yours everywhere, from ski slopes to snow shoveling. After all, true Christmas magic isn’t just for one night.

**How to Measure Your Head:  Take a soft and bendable measuring tape, typically used for sewing. Stiff, metal, or wood will not work. Measure around your head, typically where you normally like to wear a fitted cap or stocking cap. If you measure 23 inches or smaller, buy the Small/Medium.  If you measure 23 1/2 inches to 26 inches, the Medium/Large should work.  This material has a little stretch so that it will fit most head sizes.  If you are typically a U.S. hat size 7 or 8, the "Medium/Large" Santa Hat should fit. If you are typically a U.S. hat size 5 1/2" to 6 7/8, the "Small/Medium" Santa Hat should fit. Remember... the Santa Hat will have a little stretch.

Measuring Tape Assembly: Print page on 8.5” x 11” paper at 100%. DO NOT change the “Print Scale”. Cut out the FOUR strips following the light gray dotted line (include the Blue Tabs). Next, glue or tape the Dark Blue Tab (on the left) underneath (back side) the Light Blue tab (on the right). Carefully line up the Blue tabs and ensure that the next strip continues the “one-inch” increments. (Place #1 tab on the back side of the 1st strip. Blue tabs and solid black lines lining up.) Attach the strips in sequential order.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HOLIDAY HATS:

We recommend that you DRY CLEAN the DARK COLORED, with white trim, Holiday Santa Hats. This includes the following colors: Santa Red, Mistletoe Green, Blue Spruce, Midnight on Christmas (navy), and the Gingerbread colors. Minky fabric is usually color-fast and never bleeds.  Especially after a few washings. However, when you place a Dark Color next to white fabric, the dark color might bleed onto the light color. The Good news is that you can follow normal "Blankets by Brian Cleaning" instructions (CLICK HERE) on ALL other light colored Holiday Hats. This includes the Black Hat with dark trim because they won't bleed on each other. Light colored Holiday Hats can be washed in cold water, 1 TBLS of simple soap, or just vinegar. NO HEAT!  NO FABRIC SOFTENERS! Tumble dry with NO HEAT or Air Dry. NO DRYER SHEETS with fabric softeners, use wool balls instead.
